1970s red chiffon micro pleated maxi dress with ruffle detail around neck and sleeves. This dress is so pretty!!! She is made of a pretty micro pleated chiffon, fully lined, and zips up the back. It is in great vintage condition - only thing to note is that there are two small belt loops on sides but belts is missing. It would best fit small or medium - refer to measurements below taken while dress was flat on table and doubled where needed:

hips: free - 43 in (measurement taken of lining)
