80s vintage Scott Mcclintock party dress with black velvet corset top and full pleated plaid skirt with a layer of tulle under skirt for extra fullness. This dress is in excellent vintage condition, zips up the back, and still has tags attached! It is seriously such a fun dress and would be perfect for any Christmas holiday event or dinner! The size tag says 6 but based on the measurements it's closer to a 2/possibly 4. Please see exact measurements below taken while dress is flat on table:
