1970s ivory blouse with lovely eyelet detail on bodice and high neck ruffle collar. This one has puff sleeves, ruffle detail at bottom of sleeves, and sips in the back. She is in good vintage condition and would best fit modern medium/possibly large - please refer to measurements below taken while blouse was flat on table:
