1970s mega high waisted Levi's jeans. I cannot decide if they are true bell bottoms but they definitely have a wider leg at bottom. They are in great vintage condition, possibly never worn - the jeans are clipped at waist on mannequin so best for modern medium - refer to exact flat measurements below:
