1980s white party dress with tons of ruching and a black tiered ruffle skirt with a bow on the bootay. This dress has a dramatic cowl neckline in front and back and zips in the back. Seriously this dress is so AH-mazing!!! She is in good vintage condition and would best fit modern XS or small - please refer to exact measurements below taken while laying flat:
