1990s two piece sweater vest and skirt set The sweater vest is navy blue with a large white embroidered bow on the front. The vest buttons down the front, has scalloped edge details, and little faux pearl detail throughout bow. The skirt is navy with tiny white polka dots, pleated, with elastic waist band. And with any two piece set, you can mix and match the top and bottom with other pieces in your closet! This set is in good vintage condition and good fit for modern medium - refer to measurements below:
