1980s black midi dress with tan polka dots. This dress has deep V neckline with big collar and big shoulders. (easy to remove shoulder pads) The waistband is elastic all the way around and there is a cute decorative bow on front of of dress and waist. This one is in good vintage condition and would fit modern small/possibly medium - refer to exact measurement below taken while dress was flat on table and for more reference the model is 5 "9" and wears size 4.
