1990s navy blue wrap style dress with big puff sleeves and the cutest peplum! This top of this dress is wrap style with full peplum skirt. It has easy to remove shoulder pads and a subtle floral-ish pattern throughout. The fabric has a little bit of a shine to it similar to silk. This dress is in great vintage condition and would fit modern XS/ small - refer to exact measurements below taken while dress was flat on table and for more reference, the model is 5 "10" and a size 4.
