1980s bow/necktie blouse and pleated skirt set. The blouse buttons up the front, has puff sleeves, easy to remove shoulder pads, and attached neck tie at neck. The skirt is pleated with high wait and side seam pockets. This set is perfect for wearing together or mixing and matching.
