1990s black puff sleeve cardigan with sequin detail throughout. This little sweater is so sweet and soft and sparkly!!!! It has puff sleeves, fastens up the front with hook and eyes, and is in good vintage condition. Best fit a modern Small/possibly medium - measurements below taken while flat and doubled where needed.
