1990s ivory blouse with embroidered detail down the front of blouse and on the collar. There is also scalloped edge detail along bottom of collar. This blouse has faux pearl buttons, easy to remove shoulder pads, and is in good vintage condition. It would will fit medium/possibly large - please refer to measurements below taken while blouse was flat on table:
